Patients may be referred by a hospital or community provider. Our team then conducts a comprehensive assessment to determine eligibility and develop a personalized care plan.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into our facility, introduced to staff and peers, and begin their recovery journey with medical supervision and personalized care support.
